Ruth Ann Roche
Ruth
Ann Roche (1921-1983) was a writer and editor, and Jerry Iger’s business partner.
She wrote for “Phantom Lady,” “Sheena, Queen of the Jungle,” and others. She
also wrote the female-led newspaper strip, “Flamingo,” which was drawn by Matt
Baker. She stayed with Iger-Roche Studio until it folded in 1961.
